1. What materials do you use for your furniture?
Normally, our products such as doorhandles, most of them are made of S'S201or S'S304,just depends on customer's  requirement and choose different materials.

2. What kinds of payment do you accept?
30% deposit by T/T in advance to confirm the order, balance paid by T/T before shipment or balance paid by L/C at sight.

3.What model and specification you are dealing with?
There are many kinds of products with different sizes which our company are making,and we could produce any specification as customer's request.

4.How  calculate  about  USD  price?
As  usual, we  make   all    quotation   is  all   RMB  pice.If  you  would  like  to  make  a  USD  pice,  the  calculated based on the exchange rate on the day of signing the purchase agreement.

5.If   in  according  with  customers  requirement   to  design  or  not?   for exmple, door  handles, floor  springs,etc.
We  would like  accept  it,  if  you  would  like  offer  products  design  paper  and  tell  us  specific requirement. Including  door  handles ,floor  springs, door  closers, door  clamps ,bathroom  clamps ,handrails,etc.

6.What's the  thinkness of doorhandles?
0.8mm~1.0mm

7.What's the highest and lowest tempreture can the doorcloser afford?
After high temperature hardness test，our doorcloser can work in the 60 degrees ,in the same time can work under 45 degrees.

8.How long are  the acceptable life of doorcloser?
Through  texting,our doorcloser can use more than five hundred thousand times.

9.Is there a locatefunction in  the hidden doorcloser ?
yes,at the same time ,our product can adjust the angle in order to meet customer's need
